Client service non-existent

I sent final documents for the payment of my RA on 16 November 2020 and have not had the courtesy of acknowledgement of receipt of my documents despite numerous emails. Even sent it to the complaints department and Arbitrator and still no response. I guess the ombud is my next stop.
