Client Service - appalling!

I live in New Zealand and am trying to wrap up my SA accounts to complete the emigration process.<br> <br> I have faxed/emailed my Retirement Annuity Surrender Form and all relevant documentation (incl. letter from SARB re: my exemption from a tax clearance certificate and a letter from the IRD (NZ) confirming tax residency in NZ) to Old Mutual 3 times in the last two months and have also emailed the [Email Removed] address (after instructions form their Call Centre).<br> <br> Once again (for the 4th time) I have received an email from Micky Montewa saying that they need:<br> \The member's certificate of residency obtained from the Tax authority"and"
