CLAIMS PAYMENT

hi I am one of the policy holders with old mutual unfortunately I happen to sign a policy for retirement with them and upon a sale transaction I was informed the policy is flexible meaning I can draw money or surrender at any time . to my surprise on the 26/07 I app**** for money or to surrender the policy and the consultant checked the funds and they amounted to R5600 AND on the last day they suppose to pay now im told my amount is R7000 ABOVE And I can not be paid .for the first time I hear that and their system showed R5600 . IF I have 7000 AT PRESENT CAN I GET A LETTER STATING I HAVE R 7000 AND LET IT BE PAID IN MY ACCOUNT s.g hlanane policy ***7 reference CEB***
