Claims Not Paid

From the 16th April my brother died . My sister and my uncle made a claim hence they both old mutual clients they didn't receive their claims till today. And they still need to pay people that they borrowed money from for the funeral . It's tiring because now they keep sending messages saying claims are being verified they must wait 48 hours but nothing false information no money-in !! we are very disappointed by them !
