claims are not paid , all relevant documents were submitted

i am very disappointed with old mutual , since July 2021, i have been following up on death claim , but i am not getting any feedback , instead they keep on saying , they are waiting for verdict from court , but court knows nothing about this , sent emails to enquiries no feedback , i am calling direct lines no one is answering , as per policy terms and conditions , claims are paid within 24 hours , but this one has been dragging for months .
