I feel very disappointed with the treatment I have received from Old Mutual, mostly in the time of loosing my cousins brother. I thought by now my claim would be successful hence six months period for natural causes and immediate cover for an eccidental death. It has been 9months since I made the claim till today.

When taking the policy, they claim that the payouts are within 48hours, but to me it was never the case until now. I am drawing in debts.

I have contacted Old Mutual several times and I have not received the payments. Sivuyile Booysen *** ***
