Claims

My dad passed on in 2017 he had a 2in1 plan with old mutual, firstly we claimed for the funeral plan then all went well but they didn't tell us about the savings account that's falls in the same policy, we had to find out wen a statement is sent on the money we have received so whoever was helping us for the funeral probably wanted the money for herself or watever the case might be, now after receiving this letter we went to old mutual only to be told we need a letter of authority how can you request a letter of authority on this one wen the first time you didn't, I mean it's the same policy, this insurance companies lie to us and all and now coz my dad is no longer around they will say whatever to us, I don't want to hear anything from Iam ****en angry about the whole thing.
