Claiming Prosses via WhatsApp

My mother passed away on the 25th of June, at the time of her death we had all tested positive for covid 19 and were in quarantine. We had a funeral to organize and things to pay for. We didn't know how to claim as we couldnt go out to the branches, however, the Old Mutual whatsapp line came to our rescue, we were able to give our mother a dignified send off even during an impossible time of covid19.
