Claim with no feedback
On the 14th my mom passed away and I submitted a claim via email and I received this ***. After it was quite, then i went to two of your branches in Eastern Cape. They couldn't help me all the say is my mom policy is a retirement policy I'll get a feedback after 3months.
What is that because she's late.
