Claim un attendance

I must be stupid or slow.. because I worked for oldmutual for six years..love n trusted the brand but over and over it *****'s me over. I did a claim Thursday for my husband nephew. He was ******ed..but no feedback no nothing..all documents were sent through the funeral is Sunday tomorrow
