Claim that took full 2yrs still not paid up

I’m soo furious with Old Mutual its the 3rd year now doing the same claim every time I do a follow up there is always an excuse one consultant will say he or she can’t see documents and i have to guide providing date and time of when documents were emailed then he or she will say is escalating the case for priority but weeks later when I do follow up same story, in 2022 i even cancel my investment with the company because they have proven that they are not trustworthy or reliable for me to invest my money with them, when they could take a whole 2 years to pay off claim we did after my mom passed away its sooo draining if I was the only beneficiary maybe I would have let it go soo much of my airtime that has been waisted doing follow up as the company never call back as promised
