CLAIM PROCESSING PROCEDURE AND TIME FRAME MISALI
After resigning from Drake scull facilties management over a month and a half ago. I have still not received my claim, nor has old mutual superfund or dsfm called to inform me of processing. Instead I have to call and mail them weekly to enquire about progress. It's frustrating because I obviously need this money, otherwise I would not have opted for a payout. I signed and had HE SENT these forms a week after resignation. How can this be taking so long? Dsfm and old mutual must eexplain what the hold up is about. 6-8 weeks has been exceeded.<br> <br> I would like my money

Our Fund Administrators have advised that they telephoned you and confirm that our data administrators currently are unable to upload the data into our payroll system due to a discrepancy with the payment received from the employer as it does not match the contributions.
We will be able to proceed once these discrepancies are sorted out with your employer and are doing everything in our power to ensure this happens urgently.
I will advise progress of all the above matters by the end of the week.
