Claim processing

I processed a claim from my previous employer pension, all documents were received and I was told it'll be processed. Each time I call I be given a different story. The last person I spoke to was Melomzi who refused to put me through his supervisor Felicia. I was told I will be called back but till today I haven't received a call nor can anyone tell me when I'll be receiving my funds. This is a disgrace.
