claim preserver/max investment

I regret ever signing up with Old Mutual, i have been struggling for the past 2 months to claim my preserver funds/superfund. You speak with different consultants who share different information, none of them have a direct email or line for the preserver fund you keep dialing the same number and reaching superfund who says they dont deal with the preserver fund.......none of them are able to change your personal details like banking details/id numbers on your behlaf. I AM CANCELLING ALL MY INVESTMENTS WITH THIS COMPANY AND I THINK I SHOULD APPROACH MY ATTORNEY TO CLAIM MY MONEY because i tried calling ,sending emails there is just no feedback/update on your matter. When you call you are being send from pillar to post no one knows what youre talking about neither do they escalate the matter to a senior. They put you on hold thinking for 15min to come back with no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i cant imagine my children having to deal with old mutual when i am buried, i guess yonly learn of the experience when you have to claim and unfortunatelt it was a HORRIBLE one for me thus far and yes till date i have not succeeded to claim my money!!!!!!!!
