Claim pay out

Good day I'm sharing this information because I'm so disappointed in Old Mutual Finance Group it's over a week I have claimed for my daughter who passed away on the 30th of September until today I haven't received anything from them, if it wasn't for my fimaly my child would still be in the Mortuary.... It's very easy when they deduct money in our accounts but hard for them when they have to do pay out, you run around like a headless chicken.... I'm so so disappointed and I'd never recommend it to anyone
