Claim not processed and policies has lapsed

My policies has since lapsed with Old mutual while am trying to get help. Since last trying trying to get help with my policies with no assistance. Consultants refusing to help because the number am giving them is not the same as on the system. Yet they do send me messages on the current number. Did send several emails to update my number. On the 1st I call and was told the policies had lapsed. Only to realize that there's a claim I did not submit. Submitted the claim on the 2nd. Tried to follow up and my calls get dropped. Finally found someone by the name of Mkhululi and told me my claim is old and therefore it is not urgent. I must wait for someone to respond and its already a 3rd day with no response. I regret having policies with old mutual. I have dealt with other financial institutions, always received good services on time. Old mutual is the worst.
