Claim NOT paid yet, its been 96 hours now.

On Old Mutual's website, they state that: Funeral claims are paid within 48 hours.<br> <br> It's been 120 hours now, and we are still waiting for payment from Old Mutual. <br> <br> We submitted claim on Thursday 9th April, they said we would receive payment by Saturday ****h April) morning or Monday (13th April). We are going thru a difficult time right now in our family and they way Old Mutual has treated us is just heartless. So for anyone to assist us I have to lodge a complaint, then only things get sorted out. WHY cant you people deliver what you promised 1st time around??
