Claim not paid out after 21 working days
After 21 working days my claim hasn’t been paid out... called old Mutual they said they can’t find my claim, went to the branch and they told me that everything is in order, it’s the person that is working on my claim that’s delaying the process.. like I spent Xmas without food and now new’s eve same story... I am sad and disheartened about what old Mutual is doing to me ...
