claim not paid
I took out a policy for my aunt who passed away, I received an sms that claim wont pay cause its not the life covered how, i have submitted all the documents . please listen to your recordings between me and your agent i made it clear that im taking this policy for my aunt as the calls are being recorded, now i must suffer for the mistake made by your agent.
