Claim not paid a month later!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been duped once again by Old Mutual and the type of service that I was given is appauling.Especially in this day and age where the image of the company is what is valuable! I called this contact no: *** and I spoke to a CSA that transferred me to a SAPS in Maitland and I was also given the number to the Maitland SAPS ***. This type of service delivry is the worst I have ever had in my life! I am going to take this further.If y ou want to remedy this mess of a contact center. I am asking you that you use my cellphone number. To track the call as all calls are recorded in this instance. Please call me asap as I have been waiting for my Superfund account to be paid out. I made a claim on the 19th October 2020 and now no payment due to me!!!!! Please help!!!
