Claim not paid

Old mutual service is very poor i claimed for two pots on 18 September but I have not received my money while they promised us that our monies will be our accounts within 30 day

I have not received anything from old mutual since i received a call from a lady who introduced herself as Ongezwa but now if I email her she is not answering my email
