Claim not honored - No response from Insurer on Submitted Claim!

I am incredibly disappointed and shocked with Old Mutual.

As a policy holder, I am saddened at the level of service I have received, after weeks of follow ups. If this is how my own beneficiaries will be treated when claiming against my policies I will be moving to another insurer.

I have an outstanding claim, with all documents submitted and months later, no one is able to tell me the status of my claim OR why I have had no payout against a policy of which I am a beneficiary (death claim). The silence is deafening and all my follow ups have yielded NO results. NONE. No one is able to provide any feedback.

I am incredibly frustrated!
