Claim for my premiums.

I found out on the 28 September 2023 that I have funeral cover for my late brother. I opened the policy in 2018 December. In January 2019 my brother passed on. Did not make a claim because it is not six months. In March 2019 they started deducting from my payslip. On the 29 September 2023 I called because I wanted to stop the deduction and get my premiums back. They said I must do the claim on what's up. I did so. Still waiting for my money even today. The 5th day today how long does it take to calculate my premiums.
