Claim

Your service is appalling, I am utterly disappointed. I submitted a claim on the 28 December 2020 and up today I still haven't received anything from this *********.

Infact I am canceling everything with them, from Insurance to my investments.

I sent a claim on the 28 December 2020, I sent another email on the 5th January and they told me they submitted the claim on the 5th, what nonsense is that. I called two days ago and they told me some bull story about COVID19. Argg man I am so ****ed off by your service
