I logged a query on their Website and it has been days now and no feed back whatsoever.<br> the only thing i got was an automated email response confirming receipt of my query.<br> i just need feed back on my claim, i dont know if i am asking too much, the decency of let me know the status/progress of my escalation would be satisfactory.<br> <br>
