claim

i have claim with old mutual that they did not want to pay. I did claim for other policies and they did they payment. But since the one I have a complaint with the paid the money my claim is based on the policy is comprehensive which if the person died with unnatural death is paid double. the policy number is 69668N ********** 44 that they don't want to pay double .Firstly they gave me a form to be filled by the forensic detective and I submitted to old mutual again asked to get a post mortem I gave and also a doctor report of which I did then after all that that I gave them they told me to challenge through legal action now its above my shoulders so t am asking you to help on case.
