Cheap Sales & ************** Against Father

<p>Please refer to Enquiry CCC ********** 5: I find it funny that Old Mutual Wealth didn’t bother to contact me when Penelope Ratsela and her lawyer approached their offices and requested a full disinvestment on the child investment ,child nameTshegofatso Bohlokwa Ratsela ,idnumber: ********** 615087, client no:AT5707/2 , policy no: ********** 7 whereas they were able to see whose signature was there on the original form as I was nominated as the primary guardian for the child, changes are made without my knowledge and yet when requested no communication from OM , it was only thanks to an email alert that I knew about the change. I called you to stop the disinvestment because I have no knowledge of it you ignored it until the Financial advisor(Miss BK Mphefo) for this portfolio intervened. It is sad that such an organisation still discriminate against fathers, you have painted a picture that Fathers are not knowledgeable enough about child rearing, that Fathers are not good enough raise children, I’m still struggling to be taken serious by Old Mutual which I’ve been told that the matter is with OM legal. Penelope Ratsela has never attended any of Tshegofatso school meeting since he started school, in fact the school call me whenever his struggling, I am responsible for collecting his report attending meeting etc. don’t take my word for it you can contact the school ,Laerskool Modderfontein contact number is: ********** , as we speak she doesn’t even know if child has passed his 1st term or not. Secondly this investment was though RAF lawyers,Makau Phefadu Inc., the MD Mr.Ike Makau who has once given us responsibilities for the money to split between myself and Penelope Ratsela who after six month didn't honour his obligations she instead used the child funds for her own interest and Ike Makau asked me to stop giving the money R3800 to be precise as she abused it again you can call Mr Ike Makau ********** 277/5624 to verify this. The Financial advisor(Miss BK Mphefo), myself and Penelope we were in the same room when we decided that R150 000 won’t be locked out instead we will take R30 000 each year to supplement his secondary studies , since the R150 000 was taken Miss BK Mphefo clearly explained the allowance of R6500 won’t increase and we were all in agreement in the same room again you can ask the financial advisor Miss BK Mphefo. Unfortunately this is a cheap quick sale from the arrogant Mirella Munyangane who managed to help Penelope to make a full disinvestment and I pleaded with her to stop it she said she can't , yet it was so easy for her to do something with a different signature this proves how OM discriminate against fathers . OM Wealth you have decided to cease the R6500 allowance again no one notified me because I am a father and she was told about this decision, can you tell me how on earth is making a disinvestment and ceasing his allowance in the best interest of the child? I am sure that Penelope allegation are the same ones she complained about to RAF lawyers that I was abusing the fund, again you can ask the same RAF lawyers who gave you this business about who really abused the child fund. I’m asking you to make your investigation thoroughly and fair not based on emotion, ************** against father but fact at the same time bear in mind that she once abused this fund ask Mr Ike Makau for confirmation. Its a pity that poor child has to suffer for Penelope selfishness and you took her word for it. RAF child doctors’ appointments were all attended by myself she was just too busy now that the child money is out she want to be at the forefront and its easy for you to believe her as a mother than to me as a father ,the ball in is your court , If I don’t get a sober response from you by end of the month 05 May 2017, I will escalate the matter to the Ombudsman to make a ruling. She may claim is leaving the child the truth is we are in a divorce process and the proposal is for us to have equal custody, so she cannot claim she has custody of the child, if it come to a push where Tshegofatso has to choose between myself and her , so be it.</p>
