Charge on my premium - I have been asking for months for an explanation of what it is for.

<p>I have tried through various channels to find an explanation for an extra charge that comes off my premium every month - the call centre says they will look into it but never hear back from them. Surely all the charges should be clearly explained in the product information? I have searched high and low for the information and cannot find it.</p>
