Changes to be made on greenlight policy

I have had a greenlight policy with old mutual since 2013. A few months I called the customer service to update policy amount on existing members on my policy. Wanted to increase the cover amount to R30.000( which is the maximum) . I was sent a quote which I had to submit within 30days. But old mutual debited my account without me submitting the quote. After this submitted the quote to the email address that was given to me by the consultant. The premium somehow decrease again. I am suspecting that the changes I requested were not done and no body got back to me . I need a refund on the amount that was debited before the changes were done and I need the changes to be effective asap
