Change of policy beneficiaries

I do have a greenlight policy. I been having problems just to make changes to the beneficiaries for the last three months. I went to two different branches on different occasions. I also did it on the call center. I was eventually told that the product have been discontinued. they do not have specialized to support for this product. I will not advise any person to take out a oldutual policy.
