Change of debit order date

Hi<br> I was trying to get hold of Old mutual from the morning the 1 August 2015 on their number to request the change of the deduct order date to be on the 15 of the month.<br> <br> Please help

I am sorry to hear that you could not get through to our service centre this morning.
