I have logged a claimed last year and the was no payout due to letter of executorship and Estates account however I logged another claim again they are still requesting the same info and I did state that I am claiming for the policies the one with beneficiaries while we are still waiting for the letter from court so all I'm asking is can you please payout the policy that has beneficiaries and leave out the one doesn't have because the cause of death is still under investigation so how long must we wait for court to release a letter maybe after 2 years before you can do the payout because it's been over 1 year now trying to claim. Can you please pay the money for the beneficiaries I know that it's not that much but we need it.
