i was in Germiston branch on the 12.09.2015 surrendering my policy below until to date my money is not paid.i keep asking my self what if I had a funeral,or i was a pensioner sitting at home with no access to telephone or mails.Why does it has to soooo long for my claim to be processed <br> <br> i just need someone to call me and tell when my money will be in my account,what happen to the policy of claims being paid out in 48hours.
