I am not happy with the way they do their business, we are being made to take like covers that they will help us 1 day when we get stranded in live, I have been having my life cover for more than 10 years now, I have been diagnosed with severe depression amongst others medical and mental disorders, for the past 2 years now. I app**** to be relieved financially because I am not copying and since I have not been to work for the past 2 years. I am now told that I am not covered for that type of mental illness, are you people waiting for me to loose my mind completely and gor my kids to loose their only home before something can be done. Because I am behind on every single payment, from their school fees to the last one because of the medical bills that I am currently accumulating every months. I took these to assist me and my family but it's now a burden because it's not doing **** for me. So because I am black I cannot have mental illness?? You can not tell me that I am not covered for that were as it is mentioned on my contract and evidence has been provided that I am not okay. I need that decision reversed as in yesterday. Or better yet pay me back all the monies that I have been paying for the past 10 years I will go find myself better service somewhere else where my skin color won't be used against me. I have trusted you people with a lot of family products it seems like it was the biggest mistake of my life. Cause now I need to fight for my life and fight to get my own money as, money I worked for.
