Cashed in my policy still awaiting funds

<p>I went to the old mutual branch last week monday 03/04/2017 to draw from my savings account .Everything went well recived a confirmation on the 04/04/2017 that the money should be in my account in 3 working days but yet still havent recieved anything i then called the customer service to enquire on the 10/04/2017 spoke to a guy by the named by Wahlid he advise that the money would be paid in by 11/04/2017 which is today ! but i still havent recieved anything called in today 11/04/2017 only to be told a complaint has been logged but nothing has been done and i should call again at around half past 3 because thats the last payroll run but IF they pay it out today it will only reflect ladys name is Feroza i mean ive been waiting for a hole 2 weeks now and she still says IF it gets paid out i mean what poor service is old mutual providing me ???</p>
