Cashback claim
Old mutual is a ****, it says em due for a cashback but there's no message sent. I visited the branch the say thers nothing on their system but on my app it shows that I do qualify from 01/01/2026 but thers no withdrawal option. It's not for the 1st time, whenever I have to get money from old mutual it takes 3 to 6 months.
