Cash refund

Old mutual has been deducting a funeral premium of R359 through a stop order since 2017,2018,2019,2020,2021. I went to old mutual offices to find out about this policy and they told me it lapsed in 2017 and I told them its been deducting until now 2021. So I asked for a refund and submitted a refund form on the 27 of August this month and recieved only R2000 and some odds for my premiums which is not enough. I contacted old mutual and one of the consultants confirmed that the refund I got is not enough I had more premiums than what I recieved. I was referred by the consultant to send an email. They have not responded to the email until now. Please assist.
