Cash out of Investment

Good Day Sir/Madam, <br> <br> I had cancelled my investment and submitted all the required document. I was then advised by my financial adviser that the payments should reflect in 7 working days. Its been more that 9 days. <br> <br> Can someone please tell what the hold up is, i would like this matter resolved today before close of business. I have never had any issues with this service provide and refuse to start NOW.
