Cash Back Lie

I have policies with old mutualnsince 2013.

My cash back is now due and they keep giving me the run around . Don't waste your time taking up their policies.

The call centre agent told me that they are busy and they haven't done anything with it when I was promised the 5 days turn around time.

They do not keep to their word. I can only imagine the horrific experience I would get if I was actually claiming from my policies.

After being a loyal member for so long this is the treatment I get.
