Cash Back complaint

I was supposed to get a cash back in march/april but the money was deposited into the wrong account which am no longer using it because it was hacked, before the money was deposited into this wrong account I went to the branch (mthatha plaza) to verify my new account with them as the sms which I received from them stating that but they said I must not worry my money will be deposited into my account current account where they are now deducting the premiums but boom the money was deposited into the wrong account and eaten by a minus on that account then I lodge a complaint with them but still today did not receive my cash back
