Cash back and never answer calls

I been calling old mutual today, they never answer their calls, the calls depleted more than R100 of airtime. This company always give me a problem when it comes to CASH BACKS and they never call/ inform me that my cash back is due. I regret being insured by this company. Their premiums are high and with poor service.
