Cash Back

I am waiting for my cash back since the 25th of July 2018. No one is giving me straight answer, I submitted my documents at Kenako and I was told to wait 5 days. I have been waiting and when I send emails they tell me to go to the branch and the branch is waiting for the head office. I am so sick and tired of this. And I feel helpless.
