***** case

I claimed after my aunt passed away in June 2024 an the policy was terminated. I checked my payslip on July 2024 and it was not appearing. I never checked it again for that policy cause I saw it was canceled. This year in August I realized that there's a policy I never took and it's deducting from my salary from August 2024. I went to Old Mutual and they told me to go to the police station for affidavit saying I never took that policy. I did that and gave them all documents they needed from me. They opened a ***** case and canceled the policy. They gave me only 2 months refund and said they will investigate and after investigation they will refund all premiums I paid. They are so quite I have to go to them and ask the status of the case. Everytime I go there they tell me it's still under investigation, and it may take from 6 months yo 12 months. I really need help cause I need all my premiums they deducted without my consent.
