***** Case
I had opened a ***** case with old mutual due to a policy deduction in my payslip of a policy I have never opened. I have not received feedback nor my refund from them. What frustrates me the most is that these deductions impact my financial commitments. Unfortunately my April payslip still reflects these deductions. I would like this policy closed and my money refunded so that I can catch up with my finances.
