Careless OLD MUTUAL employees

*********** and careless consultants send confidential documents to the wrong client. I requested to withdraw monies from my unit trust, having filled in the necessary paperwork, these people processed one unit trust only and left the other as is. It is now almost 2 weeks later after having to complain over and over again without anything resolved. I receive an mail from the a kind enough individual highlighting Old Mutuals error. I honestly cannot fathom how these people can land senior roles and are the ones that indirectly control our monies. I've now lost monies because the economy is doing bad and moreover because of careless Old mutual employees. By the way, I received many calls from senior people from Old Mutual and absolutely nothing resolved. My monies is being eaten away as we speak. Shocking! Who do you trust ..
