Capitol Caterers

On end November 2014 I resigned from Capitol Caterers, I then signed documents for my pensions in December, Evergreen Provident fund. On January I called Capitol checking on the status of my claim and spoke to Denis, she told me its gonna take 6-8 weeks. I then called after the 8th week and spoke with Jeanette also from Capitol, she told me to contact Old Mutual as our provident fund is under them or if I have queries I must call Mr King (retired CEO of the company whose out of the country). when I called old mutual I spoke to Mary Mathunzi and was told that im not going to get any money as I owe Capitol R65 600.00 (hou. She told me that the form from Old Mutual had my signature on, and was signed on 14 January 2015, of which I was long gone by then. I asked Mary to forward me the paper, to my surprise my signature was there and have no idea of it. I never signed any Old Mutual paper on January 2015 with Capitol or Old mutual. I suspect forgery on the paper as that is my signature on that paper. The only money I could be owing Capitol Caters can be +-R5000, a loan that I took on 2012, which was suppose to end on May (36 months loan) and the original value of the loan was R38 000.
