Can't get your own money when you need it

I can't even get my saving pot out of old mutual when I need it. I have an RA and Pension but these people didn't link my accounts now when I need the money urgently I'm waiting 2 days nothing. Should never invest in old mutual. Called 3 times got pushed around for an hour. Gonna move it to Alex Forbes
