Can't get paid up confirmation
I had loans with old mutual. Due to loss of employment i was unable to pay my accounts. I have paid up the 2 accounts with their debt collectors "debt-in" but I'm struggling to get them tp remove this from my credit profile. When i contact both parties I get sent from pillar to post. Please help me remove this info from my credit profile asap.
