Can't get my investment

In 2018 I invested my pension with old mutual & the agreement was that when ever I needed the money for rainy days I'd get it. I get monthly payments every month but since March 2020 my money that I was receiving monthly was reduced with no explanation. Currently I'm struggling financially I have a lot on my plate & they can't seem to assist me. January 2021 I went to their offices to request some of the portion of my pension & I was told that I cannot get anything because the contract doesn't allow. To my surprise I've invested my money with them & now I have a problem financially they tell me I won't get it due to their policy. Hello Peter I want to cancel my investment with them & invest with another institution. I want them to give me my money back, I am struggling financially.
