Can't Get Hold Of Anyone!!!!

Its the 26th of July today and the entire day yesterday I've spent trying get someone at this company to update my banking details. I tried again this morning but still NOTHING!!!! Then I get an sms that my premium will increase and there's a number provided there for enquiries. I've been on hold on that call for 20 minutes now. Can someone who is still interested in me being a client please contact me!!!!
